Trade Room Presenter Guidelines, Vision, and Opportunity:

The below outlines some basic guidelines to ensure all Elite Presenting Traders and Viewing traders have the best experience in the room. Make it easy to navigate and ensure know the potential impact for you and other traders with the room. I welcome your feedback and my contact info is below (if not using PM in the trade room skype is best).

 

  1. New leaders should be approved for instrument and ability to show screen with Darrell Martin. Make your username Trader-your first name-markets you are following Trader-Darrell-ES/US500, EUR/USD. (You can change your nickname in the top of the hotcom room. Doing this will let people know that you are a presenter when you post a trader and will let them easily find your charts by putting the title in the chart name).
  2. Discuss instrument assignments with Darrell Martin and receive log-in instructions from him for software orientation and instructions.
  3. Darrell will go over the market with you tick size, offset, make sure you are ready to go.
  4. Decide which monitor or portion of monitor will be the viewable part of your room
  5. Right click on camera click on time interval then ensure  Always On Top is NOT checked
  6. Open Notepad (Windows app) to match #2.
  7. Enter what markets, what ticksize, what stop loss offset and entry offset your are using for the markets you are monitoring.
    Please submit this to Darrell so he can update the analyzer to be inline with your charts to help avoid confusion among traders. Ideally only update tick size 1x per week based on the previous week.
  8. Open NinjaTrader chart(s).  When data loads, Right click on center of chart and select always on top from NinjaTrader7 Menu
  9. Drag Ninja chart onto Notepad to make it in field of vision for users.  Make sure that the charts name/contract is visible to others (ie don’t cover up half the chart unless you are showing the header with market title in on the chart.
  10. Make Ninja windows to fit the notepad area.  May want to leave space for comments.
  11. Traders are encouraged to please follow Apex trading method to remain consistent
  12. At the same time there is room for your trading style to bring your experience to the table. Just ensure it is consistent and rules based so not only other but most importantly you yourself can duplicate the results.
  13. Make sure to enter into the trade room contract and entry price (easiest to highlight the top part of the ticket. (and exit price when exiting) so it is easy for others to follow.
  14. It is highly encouraged that you show the ticket on the screen when the order is entered whether it is 1 or 50 contracts live or demo
    Choose your spreads before you start trading. Then when an E is (yellow) pending then quickly find the best spread and open the ticket.
    (ie out of ticket window using the scanner – use the same ticket and change direction to have your pending stop loss/take profit ticket up and ready to go this is for your benefit and the benefit of those following you also Darrell can better help coach you. )
  15. Please do not click your camera on and off a bunch it will force your chart to the front of the traders screen and be confusing.

 

At the end of the day we are here to make $ trading we will do this by growing together as traders and helping others do the same. Please remember you where once new also and have patience on the “stupid” questions asked by newbies. They are here after all to learn not because they know it all. How much would you have liked someone to be there when you started that knows what you know or what I know when you started. Please extend each trader the same respect and try to be that person to them. At the same time remember your trading comes first. Your success is the success of the room. Answer questions of other traders as time permits but not at the expense of your trades.

Please do not use the mic unless instructed to do so or it is highly warranted. Have fun but stay focused lets make this a place where people come to learn and we all benefit.

 

Compensation Opportunities

This room is expected to grow substantially over the next 90 days.

Just do to the number of markets alone it will be impossible to have all the trades in one room as all you are going to the next level. The new traderoom allows us to have subscriber subscribe to multiple rooms at one time.

Those who are successful over a period of 90 days successfully posting trades will have the potential opportunity for breakout rooms where they will receive a portion of the trading room subscription fee to help compensate for your time. Also we have a new auto newsletter trade service coming soon that we could expand with you and I will put select traders in charge of certain signal management in order to help further grow income for you. We will have to work out the details as it grows I appreciate your patience in this process and your suggestions.

Ideally you will develop a bond with 1-2 traders so you will not have to be on 100% of the time but will have a backup for when you are sick on vacation etc….

In addition I  hope this will grow into trading teams where we can have competitions and post stats.
