Also, I understand that that APEX Parties disclaim any responsibility and make no warranty or representation concerning the background, Creditworthiness, sophistication, viability or suitability of vendors or their related parties.

Accordingly, I hereby release that APEX Parties from any and all liability arising from, or related to, any business relationship, transaction, opportunity, or agreement, however created, between me and the Vendor or the Vendor’s related parties. This Release and Disclaimer is binding upon me, members of my immediate family (including my spouse), and my successors and assigns.

By using this page I have carefully read this Release and Disclaimer, understand its’ contests and agree voluntarily, and of my own free will, I have not been offed or promised any money, services, or fitness for any particular purpose or other consideration or compensation by that APEX Parties in exchange for signing up.
